Our permanent collection comprises the sorts of objects and images you would typically expect to see in a museum, and includes photographs, sound recordings and a wide variety of other computer-based resources. We hold several exhibitions each year. These are temporary displays of artefacts (objects and images) on loan from other museums and galleries as well as from local private collections. Our reference section contains a huge volume of information about Beaminster and the surrounding area. Visitors
are very welcome to use our computer in the foyer to browse catalogues and view
the other resources. No serious IT knowledge is required! |
